| Tissue culture flasks with vented cap. The mouths are square. This innovative design enlarges the opening of the neck of the flask, and the square shape of the mouth allows pipettes and scrapers to access the entire flask surface area with ease. The flasks are also equipped with a revolutionary (patented pending) OrCap. A simple push (until you hear a click) and the OrCap is in venting position. Another push (you hear a second click) and the flask is completely sealed. Simply squeeze the sides of the OrCap to release it from the flask. This design prevents the hand fatigue that lab technicians can often experience with conventional flasks. No twising or screwing required. The special surface treatment – no chemicals are used – provides an optimal growth surface. |
