| The SpotLight system is an integrated system for the Flash Chromatography which is constituted by a 25bars pump, a controller, a fraction collector with a capacity of 2 racks of 44 tubes 35ml and a column holder. Different flow rates are available from 100 to 500ml/min in isocratic, binary or quaternary versions with the possibility to make elution gradient to optimize the separations. This compact system is a fully automated solution for fast and reliable separations. The systems can be easily upgraded with a detection system (UV, refractometer, ELSD, etc…) and the computer software Armen Glider Flash. Pump dimensions 600x410x410mm. |
