| PRP-1 SPE cartridges, barrels, and 96-well plates for rapid and easy purification of synthesized DNA, desalting, natural product isolation... Excellent purity comparable to that obtained with reversed phase HPLC. Higher sample capacity: one cartridge will purify 20 OD A260 units from a 0.2 µmole synthesis. Apply your sample only once, at the rate of 1-2 drops per second for optimal binding. Low backpressure: loading your sample is easier. Tight controls on particle size ensure consistent batch to batch performance. Cartridges are designed for a single use, but may be used again for purification of the same oligonucleotide. Stable to pH from 0 to 14; organic solvents from 0 to 100%; and pressures up to 5000psi. |
