| PCR Master Mix which contains all the ingredients of a PCR reaction, except DNA matrix and primers. Good time saver, fewer manipulations and error risks. Contains the reaction buffer IV, the dNTP and the thermoprimer DNA Polymerase. Available in 6 different MgCl2 concentrations. Supplied in 1 microtube of 3.6ml of 1.1x concentrated PCR Master Mix. Storage at -20°C. Product under licence. Composition: -Thermoprime Plus Polymerase 1.25U -Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25°C) 75mM -(NH4)2 SO4 20mM -Tween 20 0.01% (v/v) -dNTP 200µM of each Variable concentration of magnesium chloride. For a fairly typical 50µl volume PCR, use 45µl of PCR master Mix. The DNA matrix, the primers and H2O are included in 5µl to obtain the above concentrations and the MgCl2 concentrations needed.
