| PCR Electro-Fast electrophoresis screening tank. Available in 108 or 204 well configuration. Samples can be loaded directly from a 8 or 12 channel pipetting devices. Doesn't allow a fine resolution electrophoresis, but displays quantitative and separated results of PCR products according to their weight. Optically clear for UV. Removable 1.0mm thick comb loading. Complete system includes: -gel casting tray -safety cover -1 comb loading -2 gel tanks. Standard electrophoresis tank (9mm run distance). Supplied with a 108 or 204 well configuration. Long distance electophoresis tank (Stretch) and large (Wide) (18mm, run distance ). Samples can be loaded from a 8 channel pipeting device. Run distance multiplied by 2 in order to improve resolution. Available on 108 well configuration system (accomodates 96 sample devices and 12 markers) or 204 well configuration system. Running distance is increased in length for Stretch system or widthways for the Wide system. Electrofast system accomodates sample throughoutput equal to 2 x 96 well microplate width. |
