| Ultrafree-MC and -CL centrifugal filter units, with microporous membrane. Low-protein binding Durapore and hydrophilic PTFE membranes with broad chemical compatibility. Pre-sterilized units also available. Used in fixed-angle rotors for 1.5ml tubes (Ultrafree-MC) or 15ml tubes (Ultrafree-CL). Ultrafree-MC: maximum initial sample volume: 500µl for units with Durapore membrane; 400µl for units with PTFE membrane. Hold-up volume: < 5µl. Ultrafree-CL: maximum initial sample volume: 2ml, hold-up volume: < 10µl. |
