| ProPur™ Kits make protein purification efficient, convenient, rapid and affordable. Available with three different surface chemistries: Protein A for antibodies, Protein G for antibodies, Metal Chelate (IMAC) for recombinant his-tagged proteins. ProPur™ Mini Kits are based on microcentrifuge tubes. Working volume of these spin columns is 0.65ml, and the binding capacity can be up to 1mg protein (antibody). ProPur™ Midi Kits are based on 50ml centrifuge tubes. Working volume of these spin columns is 20ml, and the binding capacity can be up to 20mg protein (antibody). ProPur™ Vac Kits are vacuum driven columns especially designed for purifying proteins from large volumes of dilute samples like e.g. cell culture supernatant. |
