The SpotFlash is a compact and complete solution for all purifications and separations by flash chromatography. The system is constituted by a 25bars pump, a controller, a fraction collector with a capacity of 2 racks of 44 tubes 35ml, a column holder and a UV detection (with filters or spectrophotometer 190-750nm). Different flow rates are available from 100 to 500ml/min in isocratic, binary or quaternary versions with the possibility to make elution gradient to optimize the separations. The spotFlash is enterely controlled by a PC with touch screen and the software Armen Glider Flash.This compact system is a fully automated solution for fast and reliable separations. Pump dimensions 675x580x570mm.
