| Thermo Start DNA Polymerase. With a chemically modified Taq DNA Polymerase. Prevents DNA from binding until the correct temperature has been reached. Reaction at room-temperature. The enzyme is activated only after 15mn at 95°C. Increasing stability thanks to an hyperthermostabilisator, which leads to higher yields. Also available in Master Mix format: only the DNA matrix and the primers are to add. Available in 6 different MgCl2 concentrations. Supplied in thin-walled tubes for a better reproducibility.
