| Thermoprime Plus with ReddyMixTM Buffer. ABgene®’s high performance Thermoprime Plus DNA Polymerase is also available with 10x ReddyMixTM PCR Buffer. This unique buffer has an inert red dye and a gel loading precipitant added. After thermal cycling a sample of the PCR mix may be removed and loaded directly onto an agarose gel, without the addition of loading dye. ReddyMixTM has no adverse effect on the outcome of PCR. Store below 0°C, preferably at –20°C, in a constant temperature freezer. Shipping at ambient temperature has no detrimental effect on the performance of this enzyme. Available with a buffer containing 15mM MgCl2, premixed or with a separate vial of 25mM MgCl2. |
