Benefits: -Obtaining a monocellular layer favours the clarity of the optical image -Dilution is not necessary, even for concentrated samples. Counting The number of spermatozoids, quantified in 10 squares of 0.1mm2, is multiplied by one million to obtain the number per millilitre. In the case of oligosperm, it is possible to perform the count on several squares. |
