| Fibronectin is a glycoprotein of 440 to 450 kDa, composed of two similar subunits of 220- 250 kDa which are linked by a sulphur bond. Main function: adhesion of the cells to the extracellular matrix. Other applications: cell proliferation, heightened adhesion of endothelial cells… Stable for at least 3 months when kept between 2 and 8 °C. Do not freeze. Multiwell plates. |
