Poly-D-Lysine and Poly-L- Lysine are synthetic molecules which augment the adhesion of cells to glass or plastic. Poly-Lysine also enhances the adsorption of serum or proteins from an extracellular matrix to the culture substrate. Stable for at least 6 months when kept dry, between 4 and 30°C. Slides, culture chambers and slides in a box: at least 3 months when kept at 4°C.
