Heat-sealed tubes, type "Quick Seal". Round bottom in Polyallomer. Centrifugation without risk to a pathogenic or dangerous sample. A tube sealer should be fitted. The tubes can be punctured when centrifugation is complete. Quick Seal tubes are available in polyallomer or in "Ultraclear" (transparent polymer), UC.
The "Quick Seal" kits contain 4 boxes of polyallomer tubes and/or "Ultraclear", accessories and adapters. However, it is still necessary to order the threadless tube sealer, ref. BEC-358313.
