| The Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB columns are designed to provide good peak shape for basic, acidic and neutral compounds. The wide useable pH range from 2 to 9 allows superior method development flexibility with one family of columns. Zorbax Eclipse XDB columns are eXtra Densely Bonded and double endcapped through a proprietary process. Eclipse XDB columns are available in C18, C8, Phenyl and CN bonded phases for selectivity optimization of most separations. These columns exist in standard analytic dimensions but also with particle size of 3.5 and 1.8 µm for fast LC. In this last group columns of different lengths and diameters are available and can be used up to 600bar (9000psi) pressure. These columns are the best choice for ultra rapid analysis with high resolution. |
