| Polyamide membranes, type 250 for the filtration of alkaline solutions (1M NaOH) and organic solvents. Specified in a method for isolation of legionella. High adsorption 100µg/cm2 and good mechanical strength: very useful for blotting procedures. Hydrophilic. Economical choice for particle removal from mobile phases for HPLC. Stable within the pH range 3-14. Flow rates are of 23ml/mn for 0.2µm pore size and of 46ml/mn for 0.45µm pore size. Sterilization by autoclaving (at 121°C or 134°C) or with ethylene oxide. |
