| Strep Thermo-FastŪ 96 coated with streptavidin for direct capture and amplification of RNA or DNA in the same tube. One biotinylated primer (2.5 to 5pmole per 50ĩl) is employed to capture the target nucleic acid at the correct annealing temperature during a 30 minute incubation time. After a rapid wash step, the captured nucleic acids can be amplified. |  |
