| Microarray Master mix. KCl buffer to prevent acidification of the DNA. Minimised taq DNA polymerase concentrations -Detergent free -Reliable performance Composition: Each vial contains 1.0ml of a 2x working concentration microarray master mix. The addition of template and primers results in a final reaction volume of 100µl, containing: 1.5-2.5units taq DNA polymerase 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.3 at 25ºC) 50mM KCl 1.5mM MgCl2 0.2mM each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP Storage at -20ºC. |
