| Microcon-PCR. For the purification of PCR products (removal of primers ...) which allow the use of amplified DNA for cloning or sequencing. Recovery of more than 90%. Simple and fast protocol: no washing steps required, no solvents or salts required. Protocol: -1) Add 100µl PCR product to 400µl water or TE buffer. -2) Spin at 1000xg for 15 minutes. -3) Remove reservoir, add 20µl water or buffer and invert it over the clean tube (supplied). Spin at 1000xg for 2 minutes. |
