OptiPASS® serum-free and chemically defined media can be used for the culture of tumour cells or healthy cells, in monolayers (2D culture) and for 3D culture (spheroids, organoids) of a wide range of tumour types of interest in preclinical research.

OptiPASS® (OPTI03) medium for artificial tumours®:
• Maintain / increase the rate of proliferation / growth
• Maintenance of metabolic gradients within cultures (live cells / dead cells)

• 3D cultures can be stored for several days in OptiPASS® medium (OPTI05), under anoxic conditions and at 4°C, before being analysed.
