Multiscreen PCR

The Multiscreen-PCR is a 96-well plate with ultrafiltration membrane specially developed for the purification of PCR products. It is used for applications such as sequencing, genotyping, preparing microarrays or cloning applications. The 10 minute procedure (loading of wells, filtration under pressure, re-suspension of the DNA) does not involve any washing, solvents or salts and enables optimal recovery of samples with a very high degree of purity.

Recovery percentage:
• 70 % for base pairs 137 pb
• 78 % for base pairs 301 pb
• more than 90 % for base pairs 500 pb
• more than 90 % for base pairs 1159 pb
