Orders for standard items may be cancelled or amended at any time before they are packed and dispatched. Your request must be addressed to the Customer Relations Department (milian@milian.com) and obtain their written agreement.
Please note that orders for special, non-stock, made-to-measure, off-catalogue products or products ordered specifically for a customer cannot be cancelled.
All returns are subject to our prior written agreement. Your request must be addressed to sal_milian@milian.com.
Items must be in perfect condition and comply with the packaging conditions provided by Milian SA. Items that are damaged, have inscriptions, labels or any other defect will not be taken back, credited or exchanged.
In the event of an error in the customer's order, we will deduct 20% of the value of the goods for administration and restocking costs. In the case of a return by us to your premises, transport or handling costs will be deducted from the credit note. Milian SA will only replace or credit goods that have been delivered in error or are clearly defective.
Items not eligible for returns: returns are not permitted on items that are not in stock or inventoried, custom-made or specially ordered items, items for which the sale has been discontinued, out-of-catalogue items, products that have expired or have a short use-by date, refrigerated or temperature-controlled products, chemical products, diagnostic products and medical devices.
